1. Installation
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Download the 2004 Offline series and unzip the file to your desktop.
Once the file gets unzipped, go to your desktop and open that folder.
You will then see 4 or 5 .exe files (4 files for the Southeast series
and 5 files for the Modified SDS) You then will click and open each one
of the .exe files (they are all self extracting files, which means when you click
"unzip" all the files will go where they belong)

BE SURE TO TELL ME EXACTLY what problems you might be having, including any
