Career History: Bill papula Jr. began racing oval track go-karts at the mere age of four years old. Throughout 1979-1983 he won numerous events at Accord Speedway and the Oakland valley Raceway Park.

During the period of 1984-1988 he served on a prestigious race team crew acquiring practical experience and valuable knowledge of the sport. While serving as a crew member, he purchased a seasoned race car and began rebuilding it. It was 1989 that Bill campaigned his first sportsman / modified at Middletown, New Yorks Orange County Fair Speedway and a few events at the Fonda Speedway in Fonda, NY. Despite outdated equipment and lack of finances Bill earned several top 10 finishes.

In 1991 the B.P. Motorsports team won the World Series of Dirt qualifier race and continued to finish in the top five weekly. Bills team continued to rack up many top five and top ten finishes right into 1994. Making a decision to continue his education, Bill reluctantly had to take a two-year break from the drivers seat. although not racing, Bill was a consultant and crew member for another team.

Bill returned to the racing surfaces of the northeast in 1997 racing competitively at several tracks. The B.P. Motorsports team continued to build fan fare and was known as a team that was a winner. in backing this label up, Bills team scored two victories in two season (1999 and 2000) and an abundance of qualifying heat wins.

Recently in 2001-2002 the B.P. Motorsports team has finished in the top 5 on many occasions at the Lake Moc-A-Tek Speedway, Afton Raceway and Accord Speedway. Bill would score a feature victory in October of 2002 at the 1/4 short track of Accord Speedway. In 2003 he would go on to win 2 more features at the Accord Speedway.

B.P Motorsports is looking forward to start the 2008 Racing Season!
